1. Overview These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in the in-person ring making experience (“Experience”) offered by Lilly James LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at 1505 Twin Rivers Trail, Parrish, FL 34219. By booking and paying for the Experience, you agree to these Terms.
2. Booking & Payment The Experience costs $130. Payment is due at the time of booking. All sales are final.
3. No Refunds We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellation You may reschedule your booking if you provide more than 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time. Any cancellation or no-show with less than 12 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation and will not be refunded.
5. Age Requirement Participants must be 18 years or older. Participants aged 14–17 are permitted only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6. Participation Requirements
You must sign our Liability Waiver (online or in person) before participating.
Hair must be tied back during the Experience.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who appears intoxicated, impaired, or behaves rudely toward others. No refund will be issued in these cases.
7. Location & Nature of Experience The Experience takes place inside a private residence in Parrish, Florida and lasts up to 2 hours. You will take home the ring you make.
8. Media Consent By participating, you grant Lilly James LLC the irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual right to use any photos or videos taken during the Experience for marketing purposes in any media now known or later developed.
9. Ownership of Work You retain full ownership of the ring you create during the Experience.
10. Liability Participation involves the use of jewelry-making tools and materials. You acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to the terms of the separate Liability Waiver.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
12. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
